Can I pair the K329 with NFC?

Yes, you can pair the K329 with NFC.

Are Urovo products AER certified devices?
DT50S, DT66, and our new RT40S are all AER certified devices.

Are Urovo products GMS certified devices?
All Urovo products in Europe are GMS certified.

What soft payment solution has certified Urovo devices?

DT50S is certified by Worldline, DT50S/CT58 are certified by Viva.com.

Can the DT50S upgrade to Android 13 via OTA?
Yes, the DT50S can upgrade to Android 13 via OTA.

Do Urovo devices come with 4G?
Yes, all current Urovo mobile devices have 4G feature by default. However, stationary RFID readers except for FR1000, printers, and scanners do not support 4G connectivity.

What options do I have to update the OS on my devices?

You can either download the latest OS from our Partner portal and update the device with it or send us the serial number, and we will enable you to select “Remote Update” on the device to download it directly.

How long will Urovo guarantee firmware/security updates?

For AER certified devices, Urovo will release an OS patch every quarter, including the latest security patch at the time of the patch build. This update service will continue for 5 years from the first release of the respective Android version.

No, it is still free of charge software from Urovo.
